Method
Weigh the egg without the shell and use that weight for all the ingredients For example if egg weighs 50g then use 50g for each ingredient Flavouring - anything goes Add lemon zest, mashed banana, sultanas or mixed spice. For a chocolate substitude 1 tablespoon of the flour for 1 tablespoon of cocoa and add small chunks of chocolate. The flavour list is endless. Add your flavour to the mixture
Once you have added your flavour put in the microwave for two minutes. Check and if soggy cook for another 30 seconds until done |
